The Xylestra keeps a low profile. All three versions stand 10.24 inches tall, which is roughly half the drop of a conventional crystal chandelier, so it works in rooms with ordinary ceiling heights where a taller fixture would sit in the way. Cut crystal is set into a copper frame, and the light passes through the crystal rather than being hidden behind a shade.

Three configurations are made. The eight head measures 31.50 inches across and the ten head 39.37 inches, both round. The long ten head is laid out in a line, 43.31 inches deep by 16.54 inches wide, which suits a kitchen island or a rectangular table far better than a circle does. Weights are 19.84, 26.46 and 22.71 pounds respectively, so the ceiling fixing needs checking.

The frame comes in black, chrome and copper, and each socket takes a G9 bulb, none supplied. Colour rendering is CRI 80. Warm bulbs bring out the copper, cooler ones make the crystal look sharper. Runs on 110V, hung from the ceiling and switched at the wall. Indoor use only. Switch off the power at the wall and wipe the fixture with a dry cloth. Hardwired installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind, provided it is unused, in its original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For change of mind returns you pay the return postage. For safety reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns on light fittings that have been installed, wired in or modified.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered entirely by us and that exclusion does not apply to them. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@liriaz.com with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After 24 hours your order may already be with our warehouse or supply partner, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation, but contact us anyway and we will stop it if we still can. If it has already been dispatched you can still return it once it arrives.

Can I track my order status after I checkout?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched we email you a tracking number, and you can check it at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Do you offer shipping Australia wide?

Liriaz offers Australia wide shipping using tracked delivery. We estimate delivery time to be between 7–14 business days, which includes 1 to 3 business days of processing. Once an order has been dispatched we send an email containing the tracking number, and you can then track every movement of the package online.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if you can, as it helps us claim with the carrier, but this is a request and not a condition.

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault, and we pay the return postage.
