The Xandrelle is a tiered crystal chandelier built on a champagne gold carbon steel frame, electroplated and then hung with precision cut crystal in staggered rings. Four diameters are offered, from 21.65 inches across up to 37.40 inches, so the same design suits a modest dining table or a double height entry. Height grows with width, running 13.78 inches on the smallest frame and 20.28 inches on the largest.

Light comes from two sources. The top tier uses an integrated LED with three step dimming, switching between 3000K, 4000K and 6000K from an ordinary wall switch. Colour temperature changes, brightness does not. The remaining tiers take E14 bulbs, eleven on the smallest frame and twenty eight on the largest, which lets you choose the warmth and shape of the light yourself. Total load runs from 60W to 120W depending on the size you pick.

A 31.5 inch hanging rope ships with every unit and can be shortened on site, which matters in rooms with low ceilings or a sloped soffit. Weights run 17.64 to 30.86 pounds, so check what the ceiling can carry before committing to the widest frame. The fixture runs on 110V and mounts as a hanging pendant. Indoor use only. Switch off the power at the wall and wipe the fixture with a dry cloth. Hardwired installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind, provided it is unused, in its original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For change of mind returns you pay the return postage. For safety reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns on light fittings that have been installed, wired in or modified.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered entirely by us and that exclusion does not apply to them. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@liriaz.com with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After 24 hours your order may already be with our warehouse or supply partner, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation, but contact us anyway and we will stop it if we still can. If it has already been dispatched you can still return it once it arrives.

Can I track my order status after I checkout?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched we email you a tracking number, and you can check it at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Do you offer shipping Australia wide?

Liriaz offers Australia wide shipping using tracked delivery. We estimate delivery time to be between 7–14 business days, which includes 1 to 3 business days of processing. Once an order has been dispatched we send an email containing the tracking number, and you can then track every movement of the package online.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if you can, as it helps us claim with the carrier, but this is a request and not a condition.

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault, and we pay the return postage.
