The Zorella is a full copper chandelier with clear glass shades and no applied decoration, which is why it sits comfortably in rooms that already have a lot going on. Three sizes are made: six head at 29.53 inches across, eight head at 37.40 inches and ten head at 41.34 inches. All three stand between 22.83 and 23.23 inches tall, so the drop stays consistent as the fixture widens.

Copper forms the frame and arms, finished in black, chrome or copper. Weights run from 11.90 pounds on the six head up to 20.06 pounds on the ten head. Each arm ends in a G9 socket and bulbs are not supplied. That is worth planning for, since clear glass leaves the bulb visible and the shape you choose becomes part of the look. Colour rendering is CRI 80.

The wider versions work over long dining tables, in open plan living areas and in commercial fitouts such as restaurants and showrooms, where a single wide fixture reads better than several small ones. The six head suits a standard dining room. Runs on 110V, hung from the ceiling and switched at the wall. Indoor use only. Switch off the power at the wall and wipe the fixture with a dry cloth. Hardwired installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind, provided it is unused, in its original packaging with all parts and accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For change of mind returns you pay the return postage. For safety reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns on light fittings that have been installed, wired in or modified.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered entirely by us and that exclusion does not apply to them. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email support@liriaz.com with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After 24 hours your order may already be with our warehouse or supply partner, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation, but contact us anyway and we will stop it if we still can. If it has already been dispatched you can still return it once it arrives.

Can I track my order status after I checkout?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched we email you a tracking number, and you can check it at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Do you offer shipping Australia wide?

Liriaz offers Australia wide shipping using tracked delivery. We estimate delivery time to be between 7–14 business days, which includes 1 to 3 business days of processing. Once an order has been dispatched we send an email containing the tracking number, and you can then track every movement of the package online.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if you can, as it helps us claim with the carrier, but this is a request and not a condition.

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault, and we pay the return postage.
